Transportation & Logistics

There are a few ways to get you and your group to Honduras, but the three preferred methods are flying with Delta, Continental, or American Airlines. When you book your flight, make sure your final destination is Tegucigalpa, Honduras (TGU).

Once you arrive at TGU, a member of the Mission Lazarus team will be there to receive you. You'll walk together next door to the car rental shop and pick up the vehicles that Mission Lazarus has reserved for you, or if you have a larger group, hop in the reserved bus. The drive from Tegucigalpa to Posada San Lázaro, just outside of San Marcos de Colón, will take approximately 4 hours, depending on traffic.
